By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the on999 platform at on999.ws (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the on999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and on999 ("on999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have opened.

on999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money features on the on999 Platform, you are required to create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one on999 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

All on999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

on999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users (collectively, "Promotional Offers"). The following general terms apply to all Promotional Offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All Promotional Offers are subject to wagering requirements. Unless expressly stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the on999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the Platform.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or for commercial resale of access.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

In no event shall on999, its officers, employees, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether on999 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

on999's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your on999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• Voluntary closure by user: You may close your account at any time by contacting on999 support. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled and your withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Closure by on999: on999 may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if on999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or prohibited conduct, or if regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law — shall continue to apply after the account relationship ends.
• Forfeiture: Where an account is closed by on999 as a result of a breach of these Terms, on999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, pending promotions, and winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Forfeiture of genuine deposited funds will only occur where required by applicable law or court order.

on999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
